Since his appointment, Imanol Idiakez has implemented changes to the previously established work plan. The first session under his direction, held on Wednesday at the Ciudad Deportiva de la Bahía de Cádiz (El Rosal), was moved from the morning to the afternoon.
This new dynamic will continue throughout the week, with the team conducting a total of four additional training sessions. All these sessions will take place at 17:30. Practices on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be held at the Ciudad Deportiva de la Bahía de Cádiz (El Rosal). The final session, scheduled for Sunday, will take place at the JP Financial Estadio, the same venue as the match against Unión Deportiva Las Palmas.

The new coaching staff accompanying Imanol Idiakez includes his brother, Íñigo Idiakez, as assistant coach. In the physical preparation area, Edu de la Pascua, Jesús Estrada, and José Sánchez have joined. These changes follow the departure of the previous technical team, which included Carlos Sánchez and Sergio Dorado.
