Since last Wednesday, April 29, citizens in Cádiz can book their slots for the telephone tax return preparation service. The Tax Agency will begin providing this service, part of its 'Le Llamamos' plan, from May 6.
The telephone option has become an efficient and convenient alternative for taxpayers, especially for those with simpler declarations. Its main advantage lies in avoiding travel and receiving direct assistance from a technician.
There are four main ways to request a prior appointment: through the Tax Agency's electronic headquarters online (using NIF or NIE and identification systems such as Cl@ve, reference, digital certificate, or electronic DNI), via the official mobile application, or by calling the automatic telephone numbers 91 535 73 26 or 901 12 12 24. Personalized assistance is also available at 91 553 00 71 or 901 22 33 44, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. These options also allow for checking, modifying, or canceling appointments.
The 'Le Llamamos' program involves a Tax Agency technician contacting the taxpayer at the chosen time slot to prepare the declaration and answer questions. To streamline the process, it is recommended to have all necessary documentation ready, such as tax data, employment income, bank accounts, cadastral references, and deduction receipts.
The 2026 Tax Campaign will run until the end of June, although the deadline for declarations with a payable result and bank direct debit is shorter. It is advised not to delay the process to avoid last-minute inconveniences.
