The initiative 'Saborea Cádiz' arrives this Wednesday, July 29th, at the Cultural Center of Costa Ballena in Rota, offering a free gastronomic experience focused on the richness of the province of Cádiz. The event aims to encourage local consumption and highlight the quality and diversity of Gaditanian agri-food products under the slogan 'Know the products of your land'.
From 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, attendees can enjoy a wide range of offerings including stands from local producers, showcookings with Gaditanian ingredients, educational talks, tastings, and food trucks. It will be an opportunity to purchase products such as wines, oils, cheeses, artisan breads, honeys, preserves, beers, fish, and seafood.
The exhibition will feature participation from local companies in Rota, such as Bodegas La Pintora and Cervezas Malandar, reinforcing the local agri-food business fabric and the gastronomic identity of the town.
Organized by the CEEI Bahía de Cádiz and funded by the Provincial Council of Cádiz, with the collaboration of the Rota City Council, the event is part of the town's summer program, turning the space into a meeting point for flavor and tradition.
