The presentation event, held in the historic courtyard of the Old Prison of Cádiz, brought together the “great family of the PP of Cádiz,” as described by its president and city mayor, Bruno García. The party enters these elections with the backing of significant projects that, after years of stagnation under socialist management, are now underway and have contributed to the province's renewal.
We are playing for stability and the future... or chaos.
Bruno García led the ceremony, introducing each of the fifteen members of the Cádiz list and their four substitutes. The president of the PP of Cádiz emphasized that all candidates are recognized and hardworking figures in their respective municipalities, asserting that the only current political alternative is the PP, seeking an absolute majority to continue progress.
The Minister of the Presidency and Health, Antonio Sanz from Jerez, heads the candidacy and assumed leadership with “enthusiasm, desire, and experience.” Sanz outlined the central message of the campaign: “progress, future, stability, trust, and investment,” highlighting that the province of Cádiz has been strengthened under the Government of Juanma Moreno.
“"Andalucía continues to advance and look forward."
Sanz stressed the effort inherent in progress, mentioning the reform of the old Valcárcel building, the construction of the City of Justice, and the launch of the new Hospital of Cádiz as examples of the Juanma Moreno Government's management, which, according to him, settles a “historic debt” left by the PSOE.
The complete list of the PP for the province of Cádiz includes Antonio Sanz (Jerez), Ana Mestre (Sanlúcar), Ignacio Romaní (Cádiz), Pilar Pintor (Algeciras), Antonio Saldaña (Jerez), Auxiliadora Izquierdo (Rota), Ignacio González (El Puerto), Ascensión Hita (Chiclana), Oliver Verhoven (Arcos), Susana González (La Línea), Daniel Domínguez (Ubrique), Carmen Roa (San Fernando), Francisco Ponce (Barbate), Luisa Peña (Paterna), and Jaime Espinar (Jerez), along with four substitutes.
