The facility, situated at the intersection of Lacave and Marconi avenues, offers a total of 120 residential spots and 30 additional places for day care services. This initiative is part of a broader schedule that includes adding 30 more subsidized places in 2027 and another 30 in 2028.

City officials highlighted that this progress follows a formal request made to the concessionaire to apply for subsidies from the regional government. This step ensures that the public facility, which required an eight-million-euro investment to build, increases its availability of public care spots for the community.

In addition to the subsidized spots, the center maintains a municipal reserve of 10 places dedicated to social emergency situations, strengthening its role as a key care resource in the city.
