The program, managed through the Institute for Development, Employment and Training (IFEF), provided weekly sessions focused on key tools for the current labor market. Participants worked on utilizing public resources such as the SAE, optimizing professional social networks, and applying Artificial Intelligence in active job searching.
Following the high turnout at Avenida Marconi, the council confirmed that activities will be suspended during July and August. Training will resume in September, maintaining the 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM schedule at the same municipal facilities.
“"The program fits perfectly with the goals we have set to utilize a space like the Depósitos de Tabacos, which should serve to create opportunities for citizens."
This initiative is part of the municipal strategy to revitalize reclaimed spaces and offer public services. The institutional commitment is to continue expanding these training calls to adapt to the current demands of the labor market in Cádiz.
