The neighborhood-by-neighborhood electoral map highlights the PP's strength in areas such as the Paseo Marítimo, the main avenue, Bahía Blanca, and La Laguna. Towards the sea, the popular blue color predominates, while towards the Bay, the green of Adelante Andalucía and the red of the PSOE gain ground. The PP also achieved victories in parts of Astilleros, Loreto, Segunda Aguada, and the Barriada de la Paz.
The old town shows greater fragmentation. Although the PP won in areas like Plaza de España and El Balón, Adelante Andalucía consolidated itself as the major stronghold in Intramuros, winning in neighborhoods such as La Viña, Callejones, and Mentidero. The PSOE particularly stood out in Puntales, where it was the leading force, and also in Cerro del Moro and Guillén Moreno.
The Barriada de la Paz, one of the most populous neighborhoods, displayed a tricolor map with victories for Adelante, PSOE, and PP in different zones. Regarding changes since 2022, Adelante Andalucía has gained ground in the old town, while the PSOE has recovered Puntales and parts of the Barriada de la Paz.
