The operation, part of the Plan Romero, will remain active until May 26. Coordination is centralized through the new Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi), inaugurated on March 10, which allows for unified management of alerts via the Andalusian Emergency Management (GEA) application.
To date, the 112 service has coordinated 74 incidents, a 28.3% increase compared to the previous year. By province, Seville leads with 40 reports, followed by Huelva with 28 and Cadiz with six. Authorities noted that no major incidents occurred during the last night.
The medical deployment includes a new permanent hospital center at Cecopi, equipped with radiology and triage areas, alongside 13 assistance points along the routes in the three provinces. Additionally, fire prevention measures have been reinforced through the Infoca device, adapted to the current medium-risk period.
