This Monday, Cádiz City Council welcomed six new career civil servants who have taken up their positions as sports facilities technicians. The ceremony took place in the Plenary Hall, a customary venue for such official events.
The event was presided over by the Deputy Mayor for Personnel, who oversaw the swearing-in of the six employees. This step is fundamental for their definitive incorporation into public service, thus concluding an administrative process aimed at permanently filling these positions within the municipal structure.
The newly appointed technicians will perform essential functions related to the management and maintenance of municipally owned sports facilities. Although specific assignments and the exact date of their effective incorporation have not been detailed, Monday's ceremony formalizes their entry into the staff.
“"The career civil servant status implies a permanent link with the administration after successfully completing the corresponding selection processes."
With this measure, the City Council aims to strengthen the Sports department, ensuring stable technical coverage. The incorporation of this personnel is crucial in a context where municipal facilities host regular activity, including clubs, sports schools, and various programs promoted by the council itself.
