The initiative aims to obtain an accurate diagnosis of the local reality regarding equal treatment between men and women. To facilitate collaboration, the council has enabled a survey available on the municipal website, in addition to offering the possibility of collecting the form in paper format at the Women's Delegation offices.
The municipal department responsible has highlighted the importance of women's associations, as well as neighborhood and social entities, actively participating in this process. The goal is for the final document to incorporate transversal actions that effectively respond to the gender gaps identified in the municipality.
The 4th Equality Plan is configured as the strategic document that brings together the municipality's public equality policies, integrating compliance with current regulations at the state, regional, and international levels.
