The town of Castellar de la Frontera is preparing to host a unique evening on August 8th. The Gardens of the Alcázar of Castellar Castle will become the epicenter of Andalusian flamenco with the celebration of the 33rd edition of the Flamenco Luna Llena Festival.
This cultural event promises an unforgettable experience, combining the majesty of a medieval castle with the passion of flamenco singing and dancing under the moonlight. The gathering is expected to attract numerous enthusiasts, consolidating Castellar as a prominent cultural destination for the summer.
This year's lineup is headlined by Rancapino Chico, a prominent figure in contemporary flamenco. He will be accompanied by guitarist Antonio Higuero and the palmas (handclaps) of Edu Gómez and Naím Real. Additionally, the festival will feature a performance by Coral de los Reyes, Yoni Torres, and Macarena de Jerez, with guitar accompaniment from Ignacio de Amparo and Paco de Amparo.
The event presentation will be handled by Felipe López Rincón, completing a program designed to satisfy the most discerning flamenco art connoisseurs.
The festival will commence at 10:30 PM. Tickets, which are expected to sell out quickly given the generated anticipation, will go on sale in the coming days. The combination of a historic setting and artistic quality promises a memorable night in the Campo de Gibraltar.
