Prices vary: 78 euros per month for the 76 standard spaces, 88 euros for the superior spaces (allowing one car and one motorcycle from the same family unit without exceeding the marked areas), 78 euros for the 3 spaces designated for people with reduced mobility, and 25 euros for the 8 motorcycle spaces.
EMASA has established residency as a priority criterion, requiring applicants to be registered as residents within a maximum radius of 200 meters from the parking facility. Priority is also given to those with professional or commercial activity registered in the area of influence, or who are employees working in the area and registered in the city of Cádiz.
