During an event held in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the leader of the Andalusian PP acknowledged the work of local representatives, whom he described as the closest "thermometer" to the feelings of residents. He stressed that they are the ones who best know the "aspirations, dreams, and desires" of each municipality, thus highlighting the importance of their role in regional development.
“"Nothing is certain, and I ask for the maximum effort from members and sympathizers, convinced that Andalusia needs security in a context of international and economic uncertainty."
The leader highlighted the experience and results of his management at the head of the Junta de Andalucía. He mentioned achievements such as "59 consecutive months of year-on-year unemployment reduction," a record number of employed people with almost 3.6 million, and historical figures in exports and foreign investment in 2025. These data, he affirmed, consolidate Andalusia as a "safe, stable, and reliable" land.
He also argued that governing with the general interest in mind allows for the improvement of public services, progress in education, healthcare, and social services, and the expansion of opportunities for all Andalusians. He urged to reinforce the sense of belonging and to boost the region so that it "shines even brighter," setting the goal of making Andalusia the leading economy in Spain.
Regarding the province of Cádiz, the political leader assured that it plays a fundamental role in this process, highlighting its economic growth in recent years in sectors such as tourism, industry, and technology. He cited Sanlúcar de Barrameda as an example, mentioning a 10% increase in Social Security affiliations, a 33% drop in unemployment, and the upcoming opening of the new La Dehesilla health center, among other improvements.
