The city of Jerez, recognized as the Spanish Capital of Gastronomy 2026, is not only a benchmark for wines and tapas but also a hub for quality confectionery. From April 18, locals and visitors will be able to enjoy a new sweet offering with the opening of a franchised establishment of Productos Artesanos La Familia.
The inauguration, scheduled for 12:00 PM, will include free tastings to introduce the brand's proposal. The new premises are located at Avenida de Nazaret, Bloque 4, local 1, and represent another step in the expansion of this family business founded in 2018 by David Moreno Casal in San Fernando.
Productos Artesanos La Familia has gained popularity for the considerable size of its creations and for offering a wide range of products that include traditional, French, American sweets, and personalized options for people with allergies and intolerances. The brand already has franchises in other locations such as Chiclana, Chipiona, Cádiz, and Estepona.
In addition to their famous sweets, the pastry shop also prepares empanadas with various fillings and custom-made cakes. Among their most requested cakes is the Bony, a version of the classic pastry filled with cream and strawberry jam, covered in chocolate. They also surprise with their own adaptations of well-known products such as the Tablerone, the Coulant XXL de Shoko Bons, or the Happy Hippo ensaimada.
Nevertheless, the cuñas, palmeras, and bombs of different flavors receive the most praise from customers, establishing themselves as the star products of this new pastry shop that arrives in Jerez to sweeten family moments.
