The project, located in the Camposoto area, aims to convert over 30,000 square meters of land into buildable plots. After years of stagnation, the plan has been updated to meet the city's growth needs, integrating both basic infrastructure and new leisure spaces.
The residential development includes the construction of 222 homes, distributed across several basic units, along with commercial premises. This area, located between Avenida de la Constitución de 1978 and Carretera de la Batería de la Ardila, seeks to consolidate a strategic area for the municipality.
A key element of this intervention is the creation of a new green area spanning over 11,000 square meters. This triangular space will connect with the Villa Maruja-La Noria park, forming a recreational area of over 25,000 square meters. The park's design will feature paved paths, wooded areas, a dog park, and picnic furniture.
