The board of directors of the public entity has approved the specifications for this residential complex, named La Marina, which will be located at the intersection of Ronda del Estero and Avenida de la Marina. This project represents the largest public housing development in the city in the last two decades.
The homes, which will be sold under the general housing scheme, will feature various layouts with one, two, and three bedrooms. The project design prioritizes sustainability, incorporating aerothermal systems, photovoltaic solar panels, and thermo-acoustic PVC windows to optimize energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs for future owners.

According to municipal data, sale prices are significantly below the current market, with an estimated difference of 1,000 euros per square meter compared to new private market developments.
