Some of these elements have already been installed in the Huertas park. In the coming weeks, they are expected to arrive at Hispaoamérica square and other locations in the town. Mayor Patricia Cavada announced this update on her social media, emphasizing that the measure addresses the demand expressed by numerous citizens.
These actions are in addition to those carried out last July in other parks such as Barrero, Vilarubí, del Cerro, and Hispanoamérica square. During these interventions, new playground equipment was installed and the ground was renovated to provide safer, more modern, and accessible leisure spaces.
In recent months, improvements have also been made to Merendero square and Almirante Laulhé park, where the flooring was renewed with rubber and artificial turf. Work has also been carried out in Los Barcos square.
