The program for the feast of Santa Ana in Chiclana, which began last Wednesday the 22nd with a triduum in honor of the virgin at the Ermita de Santa Ana, continues this weekend. Today, Friday, at 7:00 PM, the Foam Party and games for children will be held at the Glorieta Hermano Eufrasio, followed by the Santa Ana Indoor Football Championship and the second Gran Filetada, organized by the Neighborhood Association Ermita de Santa Ana.
Tomorrow, Saturday, at 9:30 PM, the Pilgrimage Gathering and Ascent to Santa Ana will begin, starting from Plaza Mayor and proceeding through several streets to the Hermitage. At 10:30 PM, the floral offering will take place, accompanied by a rociero choir, followed by the Salutation 'Los Gozos de Santa Ana'.
On Sunday, July 26th, the day of Santa Ana, at 9:30 AM, the rociero mass will be held on the hermitage esplanade with a distribution of the 'Campanas de Santa Ana'. In the afternoon, at 9:00 PM, there will be another distribution of these typical sweets in the neighborhood, with musical entertainment and trophy awards.
The main event will be the processional departure at 8:30 PM from the hermitage, touring streets in the city center. The route includes streets such as Agustín Blázquez, El Galeón, Jesús Nazareno, and Plaza Jesús Nazareno, among others, until its return to the hermitage. The day will conclude with a fireworks display.
