The day will officially begin at 7:00 PM with a specialized tasting at the Centro del Vino y la Sal. Subsequently, starting at 9:00 PM, the activity will move to the main celebration area, where attendees can enjoy free tastings of up to 15 liters of wine, served by professional venenciadores.
The initiative is supported by three local entities: the Cooperativa Unión de Viticultores Chiclaneros, Bodegas Primitivo Collantes, and Bodega Manuel Aragón. Each will have a dedicated stand where the public can purchase their products. The evening will also feature live music by the Asociación Chiclanera del Jazz.
The gastronomic section will complement the wine offerings with various local food stalls. Participants include the butcher shop El Colinero, Hornos La Española, Empanadería Antonia Butrón, and Quesos Los Hardales. Attendees will have the option to purchase a commemorative festival glass for three euros.
