This proposal, promoted in collaboration with the Andalusian Alzheimer's Confederation and the local association AFA Vive, seeks to eliminate geographical barriers that hinder access to quality resources. The plan includes a series of training workshops focused on offering practical advice, emotional support, and strategies for the daily care of patients.
The first training session will be held next Wednesday, September 23, at 09:30 AM at the Casa de la Juventud. Titled 'Prevention and Mental Health', this meeting inaugurates a cycle of activities for which prior registration is required, a process that can be completed at the AFA Vive headquarters or the Social Services department of the Martos City Council.
The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Mapfre Foundation. During the presentation, the importance of cooperation between administrations, social entities, and the public was highlighted to strengthen awareness and visibility of this disease.
