The Sports Department of the Villa del Río City Council has announced the start of the registration period for the 2026 Bicycle Day. This sports and community event is designed for people of all ages.
Registrations will be accepted starting next Monday, August 10th, between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Registration will take place at the Municipal Sports Pavilion «Matías Prats», with a donation of 2 euros.
Participants will have the option to purchase the new commemorative t-shirt for this edition, available in sizes ranging from 1 year to 3XL.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, August 30th. The start will be at 10:30 AM from the Municipal Sports Pavilion «Matías Prats».
During the day, there will be prize draws for bicycles and accessories. Attendees will also enjoy free refreshments, music, and various surprises, in an activity aimed at promoting sports, sustainable mobility, and community bonding.
Citizens are encouraged to prepare their bicycles and join one of the most anticipated sporting events of the summer in Villa del Río.
