The Festejos (Festivities) Department of the Villa del Río City Council has communicated the established dates and location for the advance ticket sales for the 2026 Great Bull Release. This event will take place on Tuesday, September 8, and Wednesday, September 9, at 8:00 AM, in the Bullring of the Fairgrounds, as part of the programming for the 2026 Fair and Festivities in honor of Ntra. Sra. de la Estrella.
Advance ticket sales will be held at the «Matías Prats» Municipal Sports Pavilion, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Monday, August 31, and Tuesday, September 1. During these days, interested individuals can collect tickets for either session, with a limit of 4 tickets per person for each day.
The price for each ticket will be 1 euro. Ticket collection will be permitted for individuals aged 16 years or older, the minimum age required to participate in popular bullfighting events. It will be mandatory to present a valid official identification document (DNI, NIE, passport) to prove age.
Additionally, on September 8 and 9, starting at 6:30 AM, any remaining available tickets can be collected at the Bullring's ticket office, aiming to ensure safety and control the venue's capacity.
