The selected experts are scheduled to appear this Tuesday at the judicial headquarters to formally accept their positions. During this meeting, the judge will provide them with all relevant information regarding the procedure and the expert assessment they are to conduct, as well as the requirements for preparing the budget requested by the Junta de Andalucía.
It should be noted that on April 9, the Junta de Andalucía was accepted as a party to the case through its Ministry of Health, Presidency, and Emergencies, in its capacity as a civil plaintiff. However, according to judicial sources, this involvement is limited to claiming extraordinary expenses and damages resulting from the accident, without the ability to request evidence or investigative proceedings.
