The Andalusian forest fire fighting operation, Plan Infoca, has reported the stabilization of the fire declared in the La Sierrezuela area, within the municipality of Adamuz in the province of Cordoba. The blaze, which started at midday, necessitated a significant deployment of air and ground resources.

Currently involved in the extinguishing efforts are a medium-heavy helicopter, a heavy helicopter, four forest firefighter groups, an operations technician, an environmental agent, and a fire engine. The teams are focused on containing the spread of the flames and preventing further propagation.

At present, no information has been released regarding the affected area or any potential personal or material damages. Infoca continues to monitor the situation as control tasks proceed in this region of the province of Cordoba.
