Bujalance Joins Show of Support for Ceuta Convened by FEMP

The Bujalance City Council has formally joined the call promoted by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) to demonstrate the solidarity of Spanish municipalism with the Autonomous City of Ceuta and its residents.

This initiative arises from a meeting between the president of FEMP, María José García-Pelayo, and the president of Ceuta, Juan Vivas. The aim is to convey unanimous support from Spain's 8,132 town councils amid the difficult times and complex situation the autonomous city and its inhabitants are currently facing in their recent history.
To mark the celebration of Ceuta Day, the municipal corporation encourages all Bujalance residents to gather in the Plaza Mayor. This event aims to visibly express the closeness, empathy, and unity of our town with Ceuta's society.
