The Department of Works and Services of the Órgiva City Council has carried out various improvement, maintenance, and adaptation tasks at the San José de Calasanz School and the C.P.R. Alféizar de Tablones in recent weeks. The objective is to ensure both educational centers are in the best condition for the start of the new 2026/2027 academic year.
Among the notable actions are the painting and refurbishment of classrooms, comprehensive repairs to the restrooms and the porch, as well as the maintenance of gardens and outdoor areas. Trees have also been planted, alongside various general maintenance and improvement works on the facilities.
Furthermore, accessibility improvements have been made to the areas adjacent to the educational centers. Through these initiatives, the Órgiva council continues its work to provide students with safer, more accessible, well-maintained, and pleasant spaces, contributing to the best possible start to the new term.
