The tournament, which brought together the most promising young futsal talents from Andalusia, concluded this weekend in Alhama de Almería. It featured an atmosphere of great sportsmanship and exciting matches. Seven teams competed in the final phase, divided into two groups, all vying for the coveted regional title.
The final saw two teams from Málaga, CD Torre de la Sagrada and UD La Paz, face off in a vibrant match that ended with a narrow 4-3 victory for the former. With this win, CD Torre de la Sagrada has become the new Andalusian champion in the cadet category.
The local representation from Almería included AD Alhama and CD Comarca de Níjar. The latter delivered a strong performance, reaching the semifinals of the championship before being eliminated by one of the finalists. Meanwhile, AD Alhama, although not advancing past the group stage, showed commitment and sportsmanship in front of their home crowd.
The trophy presentation ceremony was attended by a representative from the Alhama de Almería City Council and a delegate from the AAFS of Almería. The event organizers have extended their gratitude to all collaborating entities, as well as to the clubs, players, coaches, and fans who contributed to the championship's success.
