The company Voli Analítica, owned by brothers Manuel and Julio Martínez, is under scrutiny by the Economic and Fiscal Crimes Unit (UDEF) of the National Police. This company, along with an associated one, allegedly received funds from the airline Plus Ultra after its millionaire bailout.
According to investigations, the registered office of Voli Analítica was located in the house that former President Zapatero acquired in El Mirador de Vera in 2007 and sold in 2011. The property was sold for nearly 160,000 euros less than its original price, during the real estate crisis.
Seven years after the sale, the house became the headquarters for two companies owned by the Martínez brothers. These companies are identified as indirect recipients of funds from Plus Ultra, through intermediaries such as Caletón Consultores. The airline is linked to Chavista capital.
