The ONCE Social Group closed 2025 consolidating itself as the third-largest employer in Spain, with a total workforce of 80,000 professionals. In the province of Almería, the organization employs 1,208 people, of whom 38 are new hires made last year. This figure positions ONCE as the world's largest employer of people with disabilities, as 59% of its global workforce has some form of disability.
The ONCE sales network in Almería has reached its highest figure in recent years, totaling 463 workers, all of whom have disabilities. This employment growth has occurred in parallel with improved revenues across the Group's various areas.
Nationally, ONCE increased sales of its social lotteries by 3.4%, reaching 2,927 million euros. Meanwhile, Ilunion grew in turnover by 9.6% to 1,443 million euros, and Fundación ONCE raised 154.5 million euros, allocated entirely to projects for the disability sector.
These results, presented by the ONCE delegate for Andalusia, Ceuta, and Melilla, Cristóbal Martínez, the Organization's director in the province, María Jesús Segovia, and the territorial counselor, Luis Muñiz, reflect a decade of continuous growth in sales, prizes, employment, and social investment in the province of Almería.
