This procedure, to be held in the multimedia room of the Municipal Urban Planning Management at 10:00 AM, aims to establish a new order of preference for the allocation of future protected housing developments. The initiative complies with the current regulatory ordinance and will define the assignment of homes in its rental, rent-to-own, and purchase modalities.
All registered applicants will participate in the draw. Two distinct quotas will be established for each scheme: a general one and another reserved for individuals with reduced mobility, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Municipal Registry of Protected Housing Applicants is the instrument that allows Almería XXI to allocate protected housing promoted by the municipal company, according to the order established in the draw and with the requirements set for each development and access modality.
Following the draw, the updated applicant lists will be published on the Almería XXI website for public consultation. This registry is essential for allocating the protected housing promoted by the municipal company.
