The Cathedral Cloister in Almería transformed into a hub of Andalusian art and fashion with the inauguration of the Talento Almeriense runway. This event marks a significant milestone, as it is the first time that the organizers of We Love Flamenco, a benchmark in the industry, have brought their main event outside the Sevillian capital, choosing the Almerian province as host.
Thanks to the support of the Diputación de Almería, designers from the province had the opportunity to share the runway with prominent figures in the fashion world. The primary goal of this initiative is to highlight and promote local creative talent, proudly showcasing the design proposals originating from the region.
The fashion show was structured into three distinct segments, featuring works from established brands such as José Hidalgo or Iván Campaña and Carmen Acedo, alongside the vibrancy and character of local creators like Curro Ruiz, La Faraona, Verónica de Sandoval, Mar y Eva Archilla, and Loreto Martínez.
“"We are delighted to discover the art that exists here. We must not forget that flamenco fashion is a distinctly Andalusian hallmark, and in Almería today, we have seen creations full of flamenco spirit and design."
Flamenco fashion, recognized as a deeply Andalusian cultural expression, found a space in Almería to exhibit new interpretations and innovative designs, solidifying the province as an emerging reference in this sector.
