The season for Almería B, marked by their mathematical relegation to Tercera RFEF, is drawing to a close. Despite having no classification objectives left, the team approaches the final matchdays with the goal of improving its statistics. This Sunday, at 6:30 PM, they will visit the Campo Municipal de La Constitución to face Yeclano Deportivo.
The Murcian team, on the other hand, is in a very different situation, fighting for permanence in Segunda RFEF. With a four-point lead over the relegation zone, currently held by Estepona, and the play out spot, occupied by Salerm Puente Genil, a victory against the Almerian side could secure their continuity in the category, avoiding a double relegation after dropping from Primera RFEF last season.
For Almería B, the main objective is to avoid finishing the season at the bottom of the table. They currently hold a three-point lead over Atlético Malagueño, who have also confirmed their relegation. The red-and-white team will seek to break a seven-game winless streak, which has extended since February, when they achieved their only victory in the second half of the season against Salerm Puente Genil.
Regarding absences, Almería B will be without Ayouba Koné due to suspension, following his expulsion against Estepona, but will recover full-back Sergio Rodríguez. For Yeclano Deportivo, Nani will be out due to accumulated yellow cards, while Josema Gómez and Pedro Melli will be available again.
