The Local Police of Adra has sent a delegation of 15 officers to compete in the XXXII 'Alcazaba' National Championship, held in Granada until April 11, bringing together police forces from all over Spain in a multi-sport event.

The Local Police of Adra team has joined the thirty-second edition of the 'Alcazaba' National Championship, an event that combines sports competition with camaraderie among officers from various Spanish municipalities. The participation of the Adra delegation extends until April 11 in the city of Granada.
The official presentation of the team took place last Tuesday, with the presence of prominent local figures. These included the mayor of Adra, Manuel Cortés; the Councilor for Security and Mobility, José Crespo; and the chief inspector, María Trinidad Pérez. Also in attendance were sub-inspector Ángel Parrilla and the 15 officers who will represent the municipality in this national competition.
The participation of the Local Police of Adra in this championship is particularly noteworthy, as their force comes from the smallest municipality among all those competing. This fact underscores the effort and dedication of its members, who approach the competition with great enthusiasm and commitment. The Adra officers will compete in a variety of disciplines, including police shooting, padel, cross-country, mountain biking, and 11-a-side football, participating in both individual and team events, which fosters camaraderie, personal improvement, and teamwork.
