The Almería municipality of Adra is preparing to host the second stop of the Almería Burger Tour 2026, an initiative aimed at boosting gastronomy and leisure in the province. The event will be held from June 11th to 14th, offering residents and visitors a unique culinary experience.
Organized by Almemur Eventos in collaboration with the Adra City Council, the Provincial Council of Almería, and Sabores Almería, the tour aims to promote itinerant gastronomy and foster local economic activity. The venue will be open from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
As explained by the government team spokesperson, José Crespo, accompanied by the Culture Councilor, Elisa Fernández, and one of the promoters, Jesús Baeza, nine specialized food trucks will offer a wide range of burgers and other 'street food' options. This event marks the beginning of the summer cultural season in the city, coinciding with Adra's designation as the Ibero-American Capital of Mediterranean Gastronomic Culture.
In addition to the gastronomic offerings, the Almería Burger Tour will feature a program of activities for all ages, including a children's area, foosball tables, arcade games, live music by DJs, raffles, and relaxation areas. Promoter Jesús Baeza expressed gratitude for the support from the collaborating entities.
The Almería Burger Tour, created with a provincial scope, makes Adra a key point in its route through various Almería towns. The goal is to establish itself as a meeting point for lovers of good food and outdoor leisure, revitalizing local commerce and hospitality and promoting proximity tourism.
