The documentary ‘Bonsor’ honors the work of Jorge Bonsor, considered the father of modern archaeology in Spain. His efforts were crucial in key excavations such as those in Mairena del Alcor, Baelo Claudia in Bolonia, Carmona, and the Setefilla site in Lora del Río, where Tartessian remains were discovered.
The presentation event, held at the Calixto Sánchez Theater, was also attended by the Minister of Culture, Historical Heritage, and Sport, Patricia del Pozo; the Government delegate of the Junta in Seville, Ricardo Sánchez; and the mayor of Mairena del Alcor, Juanma López Domínguez.
