The project involved conditioning a municipal plot and equipping it with various elements for canine enjoyment. The total investment amounted to 47,656.21 euros, including VAT.
The work included land leveling, demolition of an old concrete slab, and the creation of a new drainage area. This surface was covered with a layer of geotextile and artificial gravel, along with a 5-centimeter thick layer of albero pavement.
The park features specific agility equipment, such as a table, a palisade, a seesaw, a jump ring, a long jump, a rigid tunnel, and a slalom course. The enclosure also includes signage, bins, a fountain, and benches.
The intervention also included repairing the exterior fencing and installing an access control system, as well as improvements to sanitation and water supply.
The material execution budget for the project amounts to 33,096.89 euros, plus general expenses and industrial profit. The park's equipment was one of the most significant cost items, totaling 13,648.94 euros.
With this new area, the Recinto Ferial in Priego de Córdoba now has a space specifically adapted for dog use, equipped for exercise and recreation.
