Priego de Córdoba is preparing to host The 90’s Fest next Friday, August 7th, a themed event that will turn the fairgrounds into an epicenter of musical nostalgia. The event aims to offer an intergenerational experience, combining live performances, dance sessions, and an emotional tribute to the clubs and discotheques that defined an era.
The proposal focuses on the 90s aesthetic and 'remember' sound, aiming to connect both those who lived through the decade and new generations drawn to its current resurgence. La Madre del Topo will be the headliner for the live music segment, presenting a repertoire that fuses rumba, pop, and rock to spread energy.
The festival will also pay homage to the local nightlife scene, bringing together iconic DJs from Priego de Córdoba and the Subbética region from the nineties. Among them are DJ Vital, DJ Jesús, DJ Canario, and DJ 99Dios (Rafa Grande), key figures from venues like Menta Blanca and Spería.
Additionally, it will feature regional and local reference DJs such as Xavi in Session, known for his work with Loops Records and LokuraFM, and Mr. Fli, a regular at national electronic music festivals. Rounding out the lineup are DJ Fran Portillo, with nearly 30 years of professional experience, and DJ MB, host of the program Distrito Sur.
