The Office of the Andalusian Ombudsman has confirmed the closure of a celebration venue located in an industrial warehouse in Cabra (Córdoba). This action follows the institution's opening of an investigation prompted by complaints from local residents.

Residents had expressed their discontent to the City Council regarding the continuous disturbances and noise generated by the venue's operations, alleging what they considered an 'insufficient disciplinary response' from local authorities to their reports.

Following the Ombudsman's mediation, it was determined that the business was operating without the necessary license. The initial responsible declaration submitted proved to be ineffective, ultimately leading to the decision to seal the establishment.
