This initiative, which has a budget of 197,100 euros provided by the Junta de Andalucía and the European Union, aims to facilitate the labor insertion of the participants. The young people, aged between 18 and 29, are registered in the national youth guarantee system.
The program includes a total of 16 full-time contracts for a period of six months. In this second group, the new employees have joined different municipal services to carry out tasks related to their professional training, allowing them to gain initial experience in public administration.
The local government has highlighted that this project is a key tool for participants to develop their skills in a real professional environment, thereby improving their future prospects in the job market.
