These initiatives are part of the program “Integral Projects for Labor Insertion, T-Acompañamos”, co-financed by the Operational Program FSE+ Andalusia 2021-2027 and the Junta de Andalucía. The main objective is to improve labor market access opportunities for people who are unemployed.
The councilor for the area, Baldomero Andréu, highlighted the importance of training as a tool for job searching, especially in traditional trades and digital profiles. He encouraged interested individuals to take advantage of this opportunity that combines training, guidance, and personalized support.
The three training actions to be offered are: “Artisanal Bakery, Pastry, and Confectionery” (60 hours), from October 1 to 22; “Basic Plumbing and Electricity Operations” (50 hours), from October 13 to 26; and “Digital Marketing with AI” (75 hours), from October 1 to 22. A fourth action on transport and logistics is planned but details are pending.
The T-Acompañamos program, launched in February, is aimed at unemployed individuals registered with the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) belonging to groups such as people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, migrants, those over 45, at risk of social exclusion, or recipients of unemployment benefits or active insertion income.
The comprehensive itinerary includes 10 hours of labor guidance, 50 hours of training, and 40 hours of employment support, with an incentive of €528 for program completers. Andréu emphasized that the program goes beyond courses, offering complete support throughout the labor insertion process.
