From October 1st to 4th, the Bailén Local Police deployed a special operation aimed at ensuring security, regulating traffic, and addressing incidents during the Reenactment of the Battle of Bailén. The operation recorded a total of 59 specific actions over three days, averaging nearly 20 interventions daily.
The Traffic area saw the highest volume of interventions with 20 actions, followed by Citizen Security, Administrative Police, and assistance services. Interventions included traffic regulation and control, road closures, accident management, vehicle relocation, and other road safety-related actions.
Furthermore, the police intervened in private disputes, assisted citizens in need, and collaborated with other emergency services. An additional 55 interventions were recorded in the operation's log, covering assistance, citizen security, traffic, public order, and emergency collaboration.
The Bailén Local Police Headquarters highlighted the officers' efforts amidst a high influx of people and vehicles, as well as the simultaneous celebration of numerous events. Gratitude was extended to the citizens, municipal services, and other emergency bodies and services, whose coordination was crucial for the event's smooth progression.
