The Seville Cathedral has reopened its rooftops for guided tours, offering a unique experience throughout the summer and until the end of October.

The opportunity to ascend to the rooftops of the Seville Cathedral has returned, allowing visitors to enjoy a historical and architectural journey in a more tranquil atmosphere, especially during the night hours. This popular summer activity aims to provide a different perspective on the construction of the Gothic and Renaissance temple, dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries.
During the tour, attendees will learn about the roles of the various trades and individuals involved in the Cathedral's construction, from the master builder to the laborers, all of whom collaborated to realize this monumental project. The routes are conducted in small groups to ensure a detailed explanation of the building's history, faith, art, and architecture.
Night tours will be available until the end of October, after which the winter schedule will be implemented. They generally take place daily, except on dates with special celebrations or events. Access for night tours is at 8:30 PM, and visitors must arrive at the Puerta del Bautismo, located at Avenida de la Constitución s/n, at least 10 minutes prior. Tickets are now available on the Cathedral's website.
The tour, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is offered in four languages: Spanish, French, English, and Italian. The morning visit begins at 9:30 AM. The single ticket price for this activity is 20 euros per person, with no reductions for specific groups.
Basic visitor rules apply: the minimum age is 10 years, and one adult is required for every two individuals under 16. Due to safety reasons and the nature of the route (a height of 25 meters, narrow spaces, and spiral staircases), the activity is not suitable for individuals with cardiorespiratory illnesses, vertigo, or limited mobility, as well as those suffering from claustrophobia.
Comfortable clothing and sun protection are recommended for morning visits. The activity may be suspended or postponed in case of adverse weather conditions. The use of cameras for personal use is permitted, and purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for different dates.
