The University of Seville (US) and the Pablo de Olavide University (UPO) have released the results for the ordinary call of the University Access Test (PAU). At US, 90% of the 9,566 students who took the exams have been declared eligible, maintaining last year's figure. The overall average grade stands at 7.61, with 433 students scoring above 13.
For its part, UPO recorded a 90.42% pass rate, a slight decrease from the 92.17% of the previous year. The extraordinary call for the 2026 PAU will take place in Andalusia on June 30 and July 1 and 2.
To pass the access phase, the average grade must be 4 or higher, and the weighted average with Bachillerato (60% Bachillerato + 40% exams) must be at least 5. The final access score, ranging from 5 to 10 points, can be improved up to a maximum of 14 points in the admission phase. Exam review requests will be accepted from June 12 to 16.
The pre-registration process for Andalusian public universities begins this Thursday, June 11, and will continue until Monday, June 22, conducted online via the Distrito Único Andaluz (DUA) website. UPO provides detailed information on its iPuntOlavide portal.
The first list of place adjudications will be published on July 3, followed by a registration and waiting list confirmation period until July 9. The second adjudication will be on July 16, with registration from July 16 to 20. Up to five subsequent result lists are expected.
UPO is offering 2,328 places for new students across 40 degree programs (24 single degrees and 16 double degrees). New offerings include the Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Auditing and the Double Degree in Law and Finance, Accounting, and Auditing. Three programs will feature dual mentions. The affiliated Center San Isidoro adds 710 places in nine degrees.
Meanwhile, the University of Seville has offered 16,660 places for new students, with 12,053 for undergraduate studies. The new Degree in Speech Therapy, jointly offered with the University of Almería, will launch with 50 places. Additionally, 20 places are available in English for the Degree in Telecommunication Technologies Engineering.
