The 'celeste' team was honored at the Provincial Council Palace of Almería, where the board, coaching staff, and players received congratulations for their impeccable trajectory. The Almería squad concluded the season with 67 points, the result of 21 victories, 4 draws, and 5 defeats, establishing themselves as the highest-scoring team in the category with 132 goals.
The president of the Provincial Council, José Antonio García Alcaina, highlighted that the club has returned El Ejido and the entire province to the elite of national futsal, something that had not happened in over thirty years. He attributed this achievement to the "resilient spirit of Almería and El Ejido," a result of "effort and talent, years and years of accumulated work, and a club and a town council that have always believed in this project."
“"You are an example that with perseverance and teamwork between the board, the fans, and the wisdom of your coach, dreams can come true."
On behalf of the club, director Miguel Brugarolas thanked the "unconditional support" of the Provincial Council of Almería and its representatives, emphasizing that the title is "the direct result of an unbreakable alliance between institutions, sponsors, a dedicated fanbase, and the entire team." He also remembered those who work "behind the scenes" and offered a special remembrance for Manolo.
Brugarolas expressed the club's "immense satisfaction" in presenting this Second Division championship title and the "pride and responsibility of representing the entire province of Almería in the First Division arenas across the national stage."
