The event, scheduled from 09:00 to 14:30, will feature the participation of twelve Malaga cheese dairies, including Cabraline, El Alcornocal, El Arquillo, El Pastor del Torcal, El Pastor del Valle, El Pinsapo, Flor Bermeja, La Hortelana, La Arriateña, Montes de Málaga, Rey Cabra, and Santa María del Cerro. These businesses will present over fifty varieties of cheeses made from goat and sheep milk.
The result is a collection of cheeses that not only stand out for their quality, but also for their recognition in national and international competitions.
The organizers have highlighted the commitment of these cheese dairies to tradition and local identity, which is reflected in the quality and prestige of their products, recognized in both national and international competitions.
In addition to the cheese offerings, the market will provide a complete experience, allowing visitors to interact with producers and discover the close relationship between the landscape and local products. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase other local products at the local producers' market, such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, artisan breads, honeys, and oils, thereby promoting responsible consumption and quality.
The Malaga Cheese Market is an initiative organized by the Asociación Quesos de Málaga, with the collaboration of the Coín Town Council. It is typically held on the third Sunday of each month, except during the summer, establishing itself as an essential meeting point between producers and consumers, and a driving force for local products.
