The competition is open to participants of all ages, who must submit original works reflecting the military origin, the brotherhood's values, and the image of Our Lady of Guidance. Contestants will be responsible for the originality of their creations and will waive image rights.
Submissions will be accepted at the Alcaracejos Town Hall, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The deadline for receiving posters is September 25, 2026.
Works, which can use any technical procedure and free style, must be submitted in a sealed envelope without the author's signature. This envelope should contain a CD or USB drive with the artwork digitized in high-quality JPG format. A printed version on glossy paper (32x46 cm) is also required, along with an inner envelope containing the author's details (name, address, phone number, and a photocopy of their National Identity Document).
Award-winning works will feature the logo of the Most Excellent Town Hall of Alcaracejos and may be subject to modifications by the Brotherhood's Board of Directors. A selection jury will choose the works based on the contest's objectives and their judgment.
The jury's decision will be final and will be announced through local media, the Town Hall's website, and social networks. The contest may be declared void if the highest-scoring entry receives an average score below 8.
A prize of 300 euros will be awarded to the winning poster. The Brotherhood of Our Lady of Guidance reserves all material ownership and usage rights for the awarded poster. Selected posters will be exhibited publicly, and the proceeds from their sale will be donated to the brotherhood.
