The company has completed the works for a 507-square-meter establishment that will initially generate nine jobs. This opening coincides with the preparation of the park's new dining area, named 'La Victoria'.
The mayor of Jaén, Julio Millán, accompanied by Mipelsa CEO Carlos Melero, visited the premises. The new store, situated next to the Lidl supermarket, becomes the eighth commercial operator in Victoria Park. The dining area, opposite the Fitplace gym, will also open soon.
Millán highlighted the confidence companies place in Jaén, linking this establishment to the improvement of the capital's economic indicators, such as an unemployment decrease of over 11% and an increase in Social Security contributors.
The initial forecast is the creation of nine jobs, a figure the company expects to expand. Rossmann Spain's expansion manager, Francis Borrero, confirmed the inauguration date after four months of construction. This will be the firm's 62nd store in Spain and the twelfth in Andalucía.
The store will offer drugstore, perfumery, cosmetics, parapharmacy, and bazaar products. The new dining area 'La Victoria' features a relaxed concept with natural materials and an outdoor terrace, according to the project director, María del Mar González.
