The Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) in Granada has intensified its actions with companies, attending to over 1,100 so far this year and reinforcing talent acquisition through a new digital services model.

The Andalusian Employment Service (SAE), under the Regional Ministry of Employment, Enterprise, and Self-Employment, has deployed a new model of digital and personalized services in Granada. The aim is to adapt its offerings to companies' hiring and qualification needs and to facilitate the identification of employment opportunities.
This plan has strengthened company recruitment in the province, with over 1,100 entities attended this year. The portal saempleo.es has been a key tool in this initiative, according to the territorial delegate for Employment and provincial director of the SAE, Javier Martín Cañizares.
The measure is part of the SAE's digitalization strategy and the implementation of the Integrated Management Model. This renovation seeks to offer a service portfolio tailored to both job seekers and companies, with the primary goal of connecting professionals with job opportunities.
The prospecting plan will be fully rolled out by 2026, focusing on strengthening relationships with the business community and attracting companies to this new model of personalized, digital, agile, and professionalized services, which places companies at the center of management.
SAE offices have begun contacting Granada-based companies to offer them the advantages of saempleo.es, the largest employment portal in the region, for their staffing needs. Expert support and an extensive candidate database are highlighted.
Javier Martín Cañizares detailed that 3,576 services have been provided to 1,159 companies in the province, consolidating a close, proactive, and specialized work approach that elevates employers' standing in public employment services.
The delegate emphasized the goal for the SAE to be a "strategic ally" for Granada companies in finding talent. The new model allows for a better understanding of each sector's needs, offering a more personalized, digital, agile, and specialized service.
To date, 1,104 services have been for business information and advice, 723 for managing job offers, 105 direct company visits, and 174 actions related to GesContrat@, the application for reporting employment contracts.
During the second half of the year, contacts with unregistered companies will be intensified, strategic sector needs will be analyzed, meetings with high-volume hiring entities will be held, and new protocols for attention and employment incentives will be launched.
Martín Cañizares highlighted the SAE's evolution towards a model that strengthens its role in labor intermediation and expands its service portfolio for companies, connecting talent with opportunities generated by Granada's productive sector to boost employment.
The saempleo.es portal offers personalized digital expert advice, unifies services, and facilitates a more effective connection between companies and job seekers. It includes a private area for companies to manage their entire relationship cycle with the public employment service, from posting offers to reporting contracts and accessing incentives.
The SAE assists companies at each step: advising on profile definition and competitive conditions, filtering candidates based on requirements and availability, and supporting the hiring process and electronic contract reporting. It also provides information on grants, regulations, and special services like agricultural campaigns.
Continuous improvement of services to companies is a cornerstone of the new management model. The SAE has launched satisfaction surveys for employer users to adapt services to the real needs of the business community.
Through these questionnaires, companies evaluate aspects such as the ease of use of the SAE web portal for processing job offers, the suitability of forms, the agility in offer management, the quality of submitted candidates, and the attention received from technical staff. They also measure overall satisfaction and likelihood of recommendation.
The collected information will allow the Andalusian Employment Service to evaluate the effectiveness of the new business service model and continue progressing towards a more efficient, standardized, and company-needs-oriented public service.
