The 'Lobas' from Asako Motril have demonstrated their dominance in national beach soccer by winning the Spanish championship title in the youth category and securing the runner-up position in the junior category. The competition took place at Playa de la Costilla in Rota, Cádiz.
This victory serves as the crowning achievement for a generation of youth players who have won almost everything since the U10 category. Next season, they will transition to playing under CF Motril following the merger agreement reached between the two clubs.
The tournament, organized by the RFEF, brought together eight teams in each category over three days. The Cultural Asako Motril youth team led their qualifying group without losing any matches and won their semi-final 4-0 against CFF Marítim from Valencia. In the final, they defeated the reigning champions, Mazarrón Féminas, by 4-2.
In the junior category, the 'Lobas', who reached the final phase as group runners-up, defeated Gimnástico Melilla 5-1 in the semi-final. In the decisive match, which was very close, they lost to Playas de San Javier 6-4.
With these results, Cultural Asako women's team concludes a magnificent beach soccer season in the youth categories, having won several Andalusian championships and maintaining its status as one of the top clubs in the region.
