The initiative, managed by the Education department, is aimed at residents of Torremolinos aged between 16 and 35. The goal is to facilitate the accreditation of B1, B2, C1, and C2 levels in languages such as English, French, German, Spanish, or Chinese, provided the certification was obtained between November 13, 2025, and October 22, 2026.
Each beneficiary can receive up to €70, an amount intended to cover the cost of examination fees for obtaining official accreditation. The initial budget allocated for this call amounts to €3,500, reaffirming the municipal commitment to youth education and improving their academic and employment opportunities.
Applications can be processed in two ways: online through the City Council's Electronic Office, or in person at the municipal General Registry or the Education department, located at the Isabel Manoja Community Development Center. Registrations at other administrative bodies are also accepted according to current regulations.
